Hmm.  I used the version you posted to wine-patches, plus the
mutation.c from this patch, and tried installing Photoshop CS4
downloadable trial.  The first screen of the installer was
centered properly now, but the screen was totally blank
except for the Quit and Next buttons and a flashing text 
insert point.  Did I miss something?
