WINEDEBUG=+relay wine CHEM.exe &> log

The licensing portion is made by Rainbow Technologies, which was acquired by
SafeNet in 2003.
chem.exe calls ACTIVATOR.EXE, located in windows/Rainbow Technologies/Client
Activator/2.0/English
