[Bug 7285] winecfg hangs forever in creation of .wine subdirectory

Now i'm testing with the command:

WINEDEBUG=+relay winecfg >&winedebug0.txt
...
WINEDEBUG=+relay winecfg >&winedebug3.txt

These Files end's 3 times with the row's:

0009:Call ntdll.RtlDestroyProcessParameters(00450000) ret=7b870135
0009:Ret  ntdll.RtlDestroyProcessParameters() retval=00000000 ret=7b870135
Can't attach process 0008: error 5

and one time with the row's

0009:Call ntdll.NtClose(00000040) ret=7b86f8f9
0009:Ret  ntdll.NtClose() retval=00000000 ret=7b86f8f9
0009:Call
ntdll.NtWaitForMultipleObjects(00000002,0033e0b4,00000000,00000000,00000000)
ret=7b88493c
Can't attach process 0008: error 5

Somone here, who could explain this error? How do i find out, what Process is
0008?
