No, Ubuntu 7.10, nVidia FX 5200, latest git it works fine.  Tested with the
video stream at http://www.scvi.net/m3u/01_m3u.m3u and the latest version of
Winamp
http://download.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp551_full_emusic-7plus_en-us.exe

Todd, next time you submit a bug report please include more information to
reproduce the problem such as a test stream.
