The spawn bug is fixed in git, compiling a model with Dymola succeeds
now. However, simulating a model (i.e. running the resulting executable)
takes us to the next bug:

$ wine dymosim.exe
dymosim.exe started
... "dsin.txt" loading (dymosim input file)
... "dsres.mat" creating (simulation result file)

Integration started at T = 0 using integration method LSODAR
(Multi-step solver for stiff and non-stiff ODE's with root finder (lsodar of
ODEPACK))
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address (nil)
(thread 003f), starting debugger...
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code
(0x00000000).
