I believe I remember it working in Win 2000/XP.  It works with every other
setting, so I don't see a problem.  I think the person running the app in Wine
just had the Wine version of Win set incorrectly.

I don't see this bug as a real issue and don't see it being worth working on. 
The app can run just by following the install instructions, which includes
changing 1 value in the Wine configuration.
