Still happens in 0.9.53 on my TNT2.

Setting HKCU/Software/Wine/Direct3D/RenderTargetLockMode = readtex will
circumvent the hang, but beware, some things will no longer be drawn.

Missing GL_ARB_pixelbuffer_object for pbo's
