I didn't have any success in using the installer with wine, so :

1) Install Flash CS3 on windows (with a proper license..., i did not check with
the demo version, still instructions are the same) INSTALL FOR ALL USERS, it's
simpler.
2) copy
Program Files/Adobe
Common Files/Adobe
Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Adobe
to the corresponding folders in wine,
for docs and settings it's windows/profiles/...
3) Still under windows, export adobe's registers in HKLM, HKCU to
adobe-hklm.reg, adobe-hkcu.reg then import them to wine regedit adobe*.reg
4) wine Flash.exe
