StarCraft worked flawlessly for me in version 0.9.46 (sans Battle.net) but
stopped immediately after upgrading to 0.9.50: when starting up there is only
blank white. Sound still comes through and you can navigate the menus but the
game is unusable. I have a GeForce FX 5500 and am using the nvidia driver
(nvidia-glx-new) in case anybody is curious.

Anyways, I did a clean build and a git regression trace and found this:

I am not sure if this is the cause of all the problems with everybody, but it
definitely seems to be the problem I am having.
