workaround for cpu affinity

The first change fixes the WinRar Multi threading from here
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8245 (at least a little bit)

Without workaround:
WinRAR single threading mode: Wine 627Kb/sec
WinRAR multi  threading mode: Wine 624Kb/sec

With workaround:
WinRAR single threading mode: Wine 626Kb/sec
WinRAR multi  threading mode: Wine 748Kb/sec

Could someone try if this speed up some other apps (e.g. Cinema 4D)?
