Registry entry which fixes the problem

Adding the new attachment to the registry fixes the problem by adding a new
CLSID for "Direct Draw 7 Object". This makes the game run, however you won't
get any picture in window mode. When switching to fullscreen apparently the
layer order for the main menu is wrong so you can't see what you're selecting.
Randomly hitting buttons eventually gets you to the main game which works apart
from layer bugs and the following slowdowns, but this is probably handled best
in another bug report, so will investigate this further.

I'd appreciate it if someone could review this and somehow get it upstream. I
actually have no idea how to go about that :/
