After install PowerCad You should already have Property Toolbar oppened with
huge vertical dimension. If not just click right mouse button on the main menu
and select Property Toolbar and then do some operations with it (move, dock to
the top of the window, select layer, line style, resize - You should see
strange bahaviour). You can select layer form PropertyT by picking layer name
from first from the left listbox of PT, second one concern to line styles. Both
listboxes works with bugs, becouse firsts elements of lists appears just uder
huge Toolbar, or PToolbar makes it?
