It seemingly uses MSXML to generate dialog windows. Without the native DLL the
dialog is simply not shown (effectively equivalent to shown plus "Close");
there is sometimes a very short time the the waiting sand-clock cursor. The
other, older dialog windows (which are also not resizable) work.
