Zeeshan, do not reply to wine-bugs.  Post in Bugzilla.  Email read:

"Hello!

The problem started when i upgraded wine from 0.9.53 to 0.9.54 and When i run
sql yog software it gives error message "Error loading riched20.dll 126: MOdule
not found" and software does not run. It was working super in 0.9.53 version.
However other softwares like dreamweaver etc are working fine in 0.9.54 but
SQLYOG started giving the error and is not working.
