[Bug 14257] UltimateBet: Installs, but does nothing when run

For some reason, after running with the +relay, it started and checked for
updates. I was then alerted that Gecko was needed, and I clicked install.
Apparently Gecko didn't install correctly, as UltimateBet then started, but
failed to draw the background correctly. Exited, used winetricks to install
Gecko, restarted, and all but the sidebar worked correctly. It complained of
needing at least Flash 8, even though I had installed flash v9 using
winetricks. I didn't attach the +relay since it's 74MB.
