I confirm the bug, I tested Warcraft 3 with some versions of wine and :

0.9.44 -> 0.9.45 : everything works perfectly
0.9.46 -> 0.9.49 : connecting to Battle.net becomes impossible ( bug 9787 )
0.9.50 : connection works again but hosting a game doesn't

I didn't test all versions from 0.9.50 to 1.0 but I guess the problem is still
there in all these versions and I confirm that it's still be in 1.1.0.
