[Bug 10685] Morrowind hangs on region loads with pbuffers

logs for fbo,backbuffer,pbuffer and pbuffer ďšd

tested with wine-1.1.1

backbuffer: starts, plays videos (slowly and with skips), game starts,
everything looks good, crashes on exit 

fbo: seems to behave exactly the same as backbuffer

pbuffer: immediately shows alert "render creation error: "unknown stencil mode
format." and when i press ok exits
