Do you still get the error message? There are no 403 responses anymore.
The 404 for the first request is to be expected, retrieving
http://12.129.232.132/update/Downloader.ini with a browser yields the same
result, but I can't tell if that is harmless or not. Do you perhaps have
an outdated version of the software?
