Please note that as per the install instructions, VB5 Runtime files and the
TCP/IP update were run:

http://wiki.rjssoftware.com/wiki/index.php/WinSpool/400_Report_Download_Install

Both seemed to run successfully, placing their files (including CSFTP32.OCX in
the case of the TCP/IP update) in the appropriate directories
(drive_c/windows/system32 primarily).
