To summarize current situation:
- 0.9.25: Rendering in bullettime works, but is incridibly slow
---- performance is improved & subarea bug is introduced ----
- 0.9.45: Rendering works, performance OK, but rendered area is confined in
subarea of visible screen
---- rendering breaks by introducing commit
d09cbcec91561186bee77aaba55b29cbf2d7e7ef
- 0.9.56: Rendering broken, flashing solid color is rendered to the screen
- 1.0.0: Same as 0.9.56
- 1.1.0: Same as 1.0.0
---- rendering is fixed, but performance is cripplied (*)
- git master: Rendering works, but performance is worse than 0.9.25
(*) still have to find out which commit caused that
@Stefan: Would it be helpful to also regress between 25 and 45, or is it
useless?
