For reference, it resetted ORM to "backbuffer" to see what kind of differences
the last wined3d commits make.

Hack is still removed:
PPE=medium: See http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=14361 for the effect
Performance is OK

PPE=high: Rendering OK, but performance BAD
Comparing to ORM=FBO the backbuffer performance is a bit better

Testing with hack applied now...
