I have tested it under windows XP and it does not give me any erorrs
whatsoever. Unfortnately i am forced to play this game in windows due to this
error.

Trying to call the bug invalid because of someone getting a similar error in a
different game on a different operating system is assinine. 

Stay on topic please this bug is for vice city not GTA3.
