ORM=backbuffer:

PPE=off: Performance OK, no strange messages on console, rendering OK (no sepia
effect of course)
PPE=medium: Performance OK, no console messages, rendering OK apart from the
cropping issue (sepia works)
PPE=high: Performance OK for normal gameplay, Performance BAD as soon as FB
effect are used, like bullettime or the cutscenes, no console messages,
rendering OK and no cropping

So backbuffer mode isn't touched by the patch.
