Fist, you have to put your "offscreenrenderingmode" to backbuffer 

then add "-nointro" parameter after "-dx9"

My console launch : wine '/home/chourmovs/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/2K
Games/BioShock/Builds/Release/Bioshock.exe' -dx9 -nointro
