You can reproduce the problem downloading the program free from the web page
(http://www.voipdiscount.com), installing it under wine and running it. You
don't need to override any library (which is an improvement with respect to
older versions of wine). The program will ask you to log on as new user, which
is easy, and try to connect, but it will never do it :(
I am not sure if this fixme is the reason. But I would say that the other fixme
about shdocvw and mshtml are related to internet explorer, used on an
advertisement window in the program, and not to the connection with the server
(I've seen them in other programs that try to use IE)
