Error when trying to run Polar from the terminal

When I access Polar Weblink via the Applications menu the program runs. I have
re-installed wine and winetricks (due to a Quicken bug). Polar does not seem to
"hear" the wristwatch. My microphone works, as I can hear sound from it through
my speakers, but the Polar program keeps telling me there was no response from
my wristwatch.
