Sadly, with wine-1.0rc3 I'm able to install the full game from original DVD
without any glitches.

Ubuntu 8.04/AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3700+/2GB RAM/nVidia GeForce 7600 GT.
nvidia-glx-new 2.6.24.13-18.41, xorg 7.3+10ubuntu10


Therefore I propose to close the bug.
