With wine-1.0-rc3 it hangs in the same place with the error message:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7ef1a780 "syslevel.c:
Win16Mutex" wait timed out in thread 0914, blocked by 0913, retrying (60 sec)

I've given up on trying to make it work.
