I watched at debug ouput and made some tests. It seems like handling the
message queue is stuck at some point. If someone writes me messages nothing
happens.

If i resize the friends window all "hidden" messages get shown like they are
received. At this point he also shows all notifications, and shows up alls the
windows containing the messages.

So i don't think this is a bug in gdi32. I didn't figure out where it belongs
to but gdi32 seems definitly to be wrong. This bug occurs _before_ showing the
windows and painting the stuff.

Perhaps someone with more wine debugging experience can check that.
