minidump analyze with windbg

Same is happening here. ATI card with latest drivers.

d3d9_test.exe crash with a timeout as indicated previously but I did use windbg
on the generated minidumps and it says ddraw_test.exe is the culprit.

Log attached, the only directx related symbol in the thread stack is
dxg!dwDdCreateSurfaceOrBuffer+0x56d.
