I've already updated wine to version wine-0.9.61
It seems that the bug is not there, at least in the same form - the horizontal
scroll bar isn't there, but the automatic line break function as expected.
But there is still some problems there.
On the screen shots (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=13916 and
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=13917) you can see it.

Don't know, whether it is still needed, but the output of wine with the given
options I've added as well.
