Compressed file with two screen shots.

I have some Windows programs that look like LINUX1.JPG. If I minimize the
window and then maximize all buttons at the bottom have disappeared. (See
LINUX2.JPG). However, If I reset the window they pop up again. This used to
work up till some month ago.
