I've stated in my second comment that I've just checked Wine test too.

OK, I don't understand something here. I am talking about Wine test that I've
written to support this bug entry, it is attached here (in file
fd_write_event.c). It is not in Wine distribution. The test results you have
attached are from file sock.c, which is distributed in Wine distribution, but
has nothing to do with this bug (at least not directly).
