- Install T-Online Browser 6 from
  ftp://software.t-online.de/pub/service/to60/T-Online_Browser_6.0.exe

- Start browser.exe
  The First Dialog asks:
  "Do you want to import the Favorites of Internet Explorer"
  but crash on unimplemented Functions in gdiplus.dll:

  - GdipCloneBitmapAreaI
  - GdipCloneFontFamily
  - GdipCloneImage

  (Application starts with native gdiplus.dll)
