Before hanging Civ4 shows the following stub functions

fixme:msxml:schema_cache_add (0x133a30)->(L"x-schema:CIV4GameInfoSchema.xml",
var(vt 9)): stub
fixme:msxml:domdoc_putref_schemas (0x133a48): semi-stub
fixme:msxml:domdoc_putref_schemas (0x133a48): semi-stub

Maybe with an implementation of the first the bug could be solved.
