Ok, I downloaded it and the Updater for Official Servers opens, but after a few
seconds it crashes and it's still unusable.

And, using an Updater for Private Servers based on the same Updater that is
called ROLoader still throw me the same error as I mentioned in the Error Log,
here it is: 

An exception (C0000005) occurred during DllEntryPoint or DllMain in module: 

Z:\RO\upd.dll
