Anti-crash + conformance test for the combination of parameters used by the
GTK+ installers

Conformance test based on Vincent Povirk's analysis. It adds a WARN and two
FIXMEs for cases currently unhandled in shlfileop.c.

I think this bug should be marked "dogfood", since it prevents testing some
Windows GTK+ apps under Wine.
