Rather than you sending me anything, I'm more
interested in knowing what the cheapest, most
common midi hardware is that people use.
Like, do people commonly use a usb-to-midi cable like this

?  Or keyboards simply use USB these days, like this toy does:

If people still use real MIDI keyboards, what's a good cheap
