ok , problem solved i guess: the LiveUpdate needs the mfc42, and i guess it's
called from metatrader. If you first do 'winetricks mfc42', and then install
and run the app, the app runs just fine....

Ergo, invalid bug, L. Rayhen, you were right after all ;)
