I've just checked with current git (last commit was
df294844a49f4a17e0e1e1bd2854fd32b4a5a1b1) and I still have this problem. What
you mean by 'constantly move' ? Menu doesn't move in windows. 

Are you sure it works fine ? Mouse pointer fully works for you ? (I only hear
sound when I mouseover menu items, but I can't see cursor moving). If you start
random game (Single Player -> Accept -> Random map -> Start), fog of war
partially disappears ? For me it looks like
