Can you retest with a clean ~/.wine directory?

$ mv ~/.wine ~/.wine.ok
$ wine setup.exe
$ wine yourprogram.exe
###test here###
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
$ mw ~/.wine.ok ~/.wine
