try to write a test

Hi Stefan,
i have tried to write a test, but I couldn't get it working correctly in
windows. If I use D3DDECLTYPE_D3DCOLOR all is fine on both systems (wine and
windows). If I use D3DDECLTYPE_SHORT4N (just a try because
WINED3DDECLTYPE_SHORT4 didn't work) (the one which isn't commented out) the
triangle is always black in wine. In windows it isn't shown!

Do you have any suggestions what went wrong?
