WINEDEBUG=relay,win,seh log, no crash

Here's the (bzipped) log, however, Icewind Dale doesn't crash when run with
that particular WINEDEBUG, so I'm not sure how useful it will be...

Since there's no crash in this case, I just started Icewind Dale and then
immediately quit using the main menu to produce the log.
