Screen blinking (about 3 times) if Lotus Notes starts = user logged on or
switched to a different user. Application works fine but generates continually
error:
err:win:DefWindowProcW called for other process window 0x10020
The same error was appear in the bug 8392.

Lotus Notes Clients (notes; administrator; designer) - R 7.0.3
specific: I made suggested correction for bug 5944 = using native dll
