I was checking to see if bug 9898 was really fixed I ran into regression the
same commit as bug 11788

user32: Moved the DCE support from winex11 back to user32.
Window and class DCEs are now allocated lazily.
The setup will install 4 exe's vmalight.exe, vmabasic.exe, vmaexpert.exe and
virtualmoon.exe and vmalight.exe does not use 3d calls and will run. So I am
not sure if 9898 was closed too early as the others crash after that commit and
run but don't display correctly before that.
This is the output on a crash.
