ISScript MSI file

Peeking at the temporary directory that InstallShield extracts to, I see two
MSI files that are generated. Trying to run msiexec /i on the LANguard MSI just
results in an error about execution halted on ISVerifyScriptingRuntime action,
and running msiexec /i on isscript.msi shows the same error as when running the
executable installer.
