On a second platform running openSUSE 10.3 and Wine 0.9.57, the "Untitled
Window" is created but instead of blinking in and out of existance, the window
remains fixed in the task bar and the expected cursor tag/popup is not seen. 
Both platforms are running with all patches to date from openSUSE 10.3's update
process; both are using Gnome.  The difference in whether Untitled Window
blinks or remains fixed probably comes down to differences created by the
platforms themselves (generic desktop and HP Pavilion N5470 laptop).  The
underlying problem (no popup, unwanted window), however, remains constant.
