I've been using this program on pretty much a daily basis for over 3 years and
I will vouch for its security.

Share will not send or receive any data unless you provide nodes.

At any rate, wouldn't your fears be alleviated if you ran a virtual livecd
Ubuntu session?

But honestly, it's your choice, and I don't who else to turn to for help. Feel
free to drop names and e-mail addresses. Just don't leave me in the dark.
