I can confirm this. I get this, too.
There are a lot of this messages: err:d3d:CreateIndexBufferVBO Failed to
initialize the index buffer with error GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY (0x505)
and this: fixme:ntdll:FILE_GetNtStatus Converting errno 12 to
STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL

Gothic3 crashes with a Microsoft Visual++ error then.
