Exactly the same:

sha1sum rufzxp_fw1_1_setup_1_1_1.exe

Starts just fine here; see screenshot

rm -rf ~/.wine 
winetricks dotnet11 allfonts
wine rufzxp_fw1_1_setup_1_1_1.exe

After the install, the app starts fine here. Weird it doesn't start for you
